Returns/Exchanges
RETURNS:

The customer is entitled to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order. After this time, no return will be allowed.

We will promptly inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

The condition for cancellation is to send back unused, undamaged, originally packed goods together with undamaged tags, completed return form.

When returning the goods, the Customer should provide his/her account number to which the money is to be refunded (if the money is returned to an account not belonging to the Customer, the account holder's details should be provided).

NOTE: Shipments sent to an address other than the above address will not be received or the return process will be significantly prolonged.

The cost of shipping the returned goods is covered by the customer.
We do not accept parcels on delivery!

EXCHANGE:

The Customer, being a consumer, may ask the Seller to exchange the purchased Goods.

If you wish to exchange the product please contact us at email: daria@slaviwear.com or by phone: 735 540 304.

If you wish to make an exchange, you must also include the return form below with the returned product.
